The chicken was good, mashed potatoes were creamy, and broccoli was well prepared! I had to ask for more sauce for my wings as it wasn't in the self-serve bottles. The staff acted as if it was a massive inconvenience. They did eventually bring it, and that was my only negative interaction with them. Overall, good food and a pleasant experience. Will return.

So the food stuff; 100% on the yummy side. Yeah, it's Nandos what can I say? Infinite drink refills always a nice touch. Not so great on the table service, things took a while to make. But me and my very cute friend finally got our orders.

Visited Nando's Sutton, chose 4 boneless chicken thighs marinated in medium Piri Piri, Piri salted chips & Stem broccoli, with a Sacres golden lager. Service good & staff friendly. Food well presented & delightfully tasty. Once customers have ordered, requested drinks are served, along with empty glasses for those ordering carbonated drinks on demand, which customers fill at self serve area, which can later be refilled. Ice (for drinks) & extra sauces are self serve too. Toilets are located in basement via a stairwell, however didn't notice any lifts for wheelchair users.

Mario – The Real Spice at Nando’s Sutton Listen, I came for chicken, not to be spiritually uplifted by a man named Mario — but here we are. From the second we walked in, Mario was on it like peri-peri on a hot grill. Friendly, fast, and smoother than a medium spice wrap. The guy treated us like royalty — I half expected him to bring out a throne and a side of garlic bread. He didn’t just take our order, he delivered a vibe. Recommended sauces like a sommelier, checked in at the perfect times, and somehow made a busy restaurant feel like our personal dinner party. If you’re heading to Nando’s Sutton and Mario’s on shift, just know: you’re in for legendary service and probably a minor identity crisis over how much you suddenly respect hospitality professionals. Give this man a raise. Or a cape. Or both.

I had an excellent dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious (as always), but what truly made the evening memorable was the outstanding service. Our waiters Wilfrides and Kayden were incredibly friendly and chatty, making us feel right at home. Their warm personalities added a personal touch to the meal, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for both the fantastic food and the amazing staff. Will definitely be back!
